Normally closed or normally open? Now the choice is yours. This will enable you to better control the flow of media such as granulate, liquids containing solid particles or highly viscous and abrasive media. No flow resistance, no blockages, no dead spaces and easy to clean. This means your media can flow freely.

Modular and with a long service life

The individual components of the VZQA are modularly configurable, whether it’s connection types, materials or pinch valve sleeves. The sealing cartridge can also be replaced without special tools. Depending on the type of application and operating conditions, this might be necessary only after approximately one million switching cycles. All this together with the simple mounting make VZQA very economical.

Normally closed

This is the first normally closed Pinch Valve with integrated actuator in the market. Position sensing via a ring magnet in the piston is now available for the first time in the aluminum variant.

Easy to clean

Both VZQA versions can be easily cleaned inside and outside. The full-bore passage of the pinch valve ensures a high flow rate of the media. Hence, your hygienic process sequences and cleaning cycles are supported to an optimum.
