Hi, I’m John with FluiDyne and we’re going to go over some of the valves that we currently offer and some new ones that we’re offering. All the valves that we offer are direct replacements for your OEM vicar style of ALS currently in service and in the field.
The valves that we have here are the CT style relief valves, the CTO six, and the CT 10, both. These are offered in NPT, pipe, thread, and SAE stray thread. And here we have the directional valve operated CT relief valve, the CT5.
And then of course we have the C175 manually operated pressure relief valve. This pressure relief valve is usually panel mounted, and used to operate, pilot, operate your CT style of valves and your system.
The new ones that we’re offering the RT and the RCG valves, the FCG02 FCG03 flow controls and the URT unloading valves.
The RT and the RCG can be made into any full one to four combinations and unloading counterbalance sequencing in relief valve, depending on what your application needs are. The SCG02 and SCG03 fluid controls are sub plate mounted. And of course you have the dial controls here to operate your flow and the key lockouts on the front so that you can make them tamper-proof and nobody else can adjust the dial until you use the key.
The URG is usually in service with an accumulator. To unload that accumulator once it reaches its maximum pressure and unloads the pump back to tank.
