Rugged Design, Strength and Longevity

D Series individual and combination air preparation units are designed to endure the harshest industrial environments. These rugged, high-flow units are constructed from durable aluminum and zinc alloy bodies, with polycarbonate filter bowls and integrated metal bowl guards for trouble-free, long-life operation. The thread connect bowls create a mechanically tight, positively leak-free seal with the highest level of durability.

Modularity

The unique modular through-bolt joining system uses only one compression seal between units for leak-free assembly and mounting. This eliminates leakage and misalignment typical of competitors’ modular “joining block” systems. Individual air preparation units (filters, regulators, lubricators, etc.) can be combined in a modular design or ordered in a variety of standard or custom factory assembled combinations.

A Full Range of Sizes

“D Series” units are available in four body sizes, in inch and metric series with port sizes from 10-32 UNF to 1 inch NPT and M5 to BSP G1. Flow rates range from 90 l/min to 12,500 l/min depending on the model selected. A full range of filtration levels are available from 40 μm down to 0.01 μm.
